StG'S Kids

At StG's we want to equip children and families at St George’s and beyond to be lifelong followers of Jesus, by knowing who God is, who He has created us to be and how we can impact the world in the power and love of Jesus.

On Sundays at our 10:30 gathering, children register in the Foyer of church before the service. If it is your first time, we take a few details and you will be told which group your children will be in and where they meet.

Our groups are:

Wrigglers: Age 6 months-2

First Steps: Age 2-4

Next Steps: Age 4-6 (School Years Reception - Year 1)

6-11s: School Years 2-6

PLAY AND PRAY

Tuesdays, 10am - 11:30am (term time), St George's Centre

Play and Pray is our mid-week group for babies, pre-schoolers and their carers.  There is plenty of space for play, crafts, singing and a Bible Story time. There's also plenty of opportunity for the grown ups to enjoy quality coffee, cakes and time and space to chat and connect with others.

On the first Tuesday of the month, we have our "Messy Play" sessions.  It's always a good idea to wear old clothes and to bring a complete change of clothes too.

PLAY AND PRAY... AND STAY

Following Play and Pray, 12pm - 1pm, St George's Centre

The Stay group meets fortnightly, straight after Play and Pray to read and discuss the Bible together, pray for each other and encourage each other.  Everyone is welcome to join us - even just to try it out.  There is a creche available for toddlers and babies stay with parents. Bring lunch for you and your child.
